This hotel in a very strategic area offers great value for money. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities, including rooms with two single beds and a fine bathroom, are well-maintained. The location in the quiet Kuningan area is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, having a microwave in the room is a convenient feature.
All was satisfactory, no major issues.

The hotel was nice and tidy, with a nice design, and not to expensive.
There where a few things that I didn't really like. No information about anything except for a piece of paper where they explained why you cannot smoke inside your room. Nothing about the number to the reception, the hotel facilities, nothing at all. The location is on walking distance to the embassies, which was the main reason I picked this Hotel. Good thing I had GPS on my phone, since none of the taxi drivers I managed to stop knew where it was, despite it being a 5 minute drive away! And the location is said to be in the middle of the business district, that is perhaps true, but then in this business district is a small local village with small alleys you have to pass to get anywhere. If not familiar with Jakarta and walking alone, it could be a little bit uncomfortable. The room (studio) had no real windows, but some thick squares of glass that let some sunlight in. Though, the view was some warehouses, so it was not like I was missing out on something. But the sad thing was that roof top garden, which was very nice, didn't give you any view either since you where surrounded by thick vegetation. And channel 28 on the TV happens to be the CCTV. So you can spy on your fellow guests and on the staff, which could be either quiet fun or kind of uncomfortable if you imagine someone is looking at you when you are walking about in the hotel. But of course, thees are minor things. Overall it's okey, and I really didn't dislike it even it might seem so. Though I don't think I would pick this hotel again.

Staf were very friendly and well organised. It was close to 2 main shopping malls.
1- the price was metioned on Booked.net on 22nd October 2011 (when I booked) as 200 $ per night ... and that there was special offer 70 % of the price, so I booked it for 50 $ per night ... but, the fact is that the hotel price was 56 $ per night on the website and for step in people. (And special offer was a lie ). it was a 3 star hotel. 2- the hotel location was in a very tiny aly, in a crowded dirty area, far from civilization, you had to walk a long distance to reach a main street.

This hotel was the perfect choice for my Christmas vacation. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fast wifi. I also loved the location – surrounded by many local food spots and in a walking distance to shopping malls. The beautiful terrace with an amazing view was a great place to hang out and relax.
There were a few things that could have been improved during my stay. The walls and bathroom needed a bit of renovation and the air conditioner was not working properly, so the room was a bit stuffy at times.

Location close to the event, Spacious room - apartment. Nice roof terrace. Small development
Accessibility via narrow road - hard to find for taxi driver. Bar closes at 10:00pm - its actually serviced apartment rather than hotel

The spacious and clean room with modern amenities was a great value for money. the location was conveniently situated near commercial centers and delicious street food that didn't upset my stomach. the rooftop terrace was a perfect place to work and enjoy the view.
The check-in process was a bit strict with no early check-in available without paying extra even for just a short amount of time. there were a few technical issues with the room such as the lights and a minor stench that persisted even after investigation.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with complete amenities, and good location. The hotel staff was expecting our late check-in, and they were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, and we had everything we needed like towels, slippers, and hairdryers. The location was excellent, as it was close to two mosques and nearby malls.
Nothing, everything was great!

Staff is not helpful. The hotel was under construction and very noisy. The breakfast provided is a joke: very fat eggs with 1 small toasted bread slice and 1 orange juice. No marmelade, no cofee

Great location. Staff generally quite friendly.
Construction started at about 8.30am, and finished around 4pm - constant hammering. The price we were quoted upon check-in for an extra night, rose when we went to pay the next morning. After complaining, they reduced the price to the original quote. Executive Studio pretty small, apparently Studio even smaller. Had to be careful when having a shower that the floor didn't flood outside the door.

I had a great stay at a small hotel in Jakarta. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and public transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and I even got a room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious, and the valet service was superb. I would recommend this hotel.

Location is Ok near Sudirman and Rasuna Said Blvd although hotel located in small lane not very convenient to get a taxi at times. Walking out from the lane to the big road Rasuna Said is at yr own risk.
I booked into Executive Studio for about Rp 559,500 per nite. I did not get what I see on the internet. Windows too small and not the ones shown on the photo. If i want the windows on the photo they say I need to check into the Suite which is like Rp 150,000 more per nite. For that price I can get Akmani Hotel which has full facilities swimming pool, full breakfast and nice location. The toilet stinks smells of bad sewage. There is no inhouse cafe-shop so room service has to order from outside. The menu for room service is so disorganised not sorted out properly and some food has a minimum order and some they say too far so cannot deliver. No place to conduct business meeting. This hotel is at best only for stay for leisure or if you are an expat working at Kuningan, and if you can live with above conditions then Ok to stay here.
